Thanks for all you guys do!!
We have gone to our fair share of vets in the past trying to find that right place we felt understood how much we loved our cat, Bigs. In searching we came across Town and Country Veterinary Hospital. In looking at their website we saw they were a Cat Friendly Practice and at the time we didnt know what that exactly meant but with the not so great experiences we had from other vets we were willing to try anything. From the second we arrived they were very accommodating. We bring Bigs on a leash,
which is quite unconventional for cats, and they always make sure there is a room ready and waiting so we can go straight from the car to a room without having to wait. The room is always clean and prepped with an added bonus of calming spray so he can relax as much as possible during this stressful event. They answer all of our concerns and even brought up a few of there own to ensure Bigs is happy and healthy. It is clear that they love their jobs and love our animals. We couldnt be more than
happy to find a veterinary practice that we trust full heartedly! Love, Matthew, Nicole & Bigs Mikel
I am writing to say how incredibly impressed I am with the laser treatments my foster puppy, Shay, has been getting. When Shay came to my home last week, she had multiple injuries and was in a lot of pain. She could hardly move around, and she was not able to act like a 9 week old puppy should. After just 3 laser treatments, Shay has made a dramatic turn around! Her wounds are healing quicker than I would have ever imagined, and she is turning into quite the playful little girl! Before her treatments, she did not even want to come out of her crate to walk around or explore. Now, she happily roams around our home and loves to play with her toys. We can now give her all the snuggles she deserves without worrying about her being in pain. In just a short amount of time, Shay has come so far in her recovery. The laser treatments are quick and easy, and I believe have greatly sped up her recovery time. Thanks to the caring staff at Town and Country Vet Hospital, this happy and comfortable puppy can be on her way to finding a forever home! Sincerely, Maddie and Shay
We added a new puppy to our family this month. Her name is Kenzie and she is a
beautiful, blue Great Dane. It is important to us to have an excellent vet and we
were not jumping up and down about our current one. I began researching and
came across Town and Country Veterinary Hospital on Angie’s List. The reviews
were positive, your company website was impressive and, when I called to ask a few
questions, the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
We live in the City and the location of your business is not exactly in our
neighborhood. I decided to treat my girls to lunch and stop in just to make sure we
knew your exact location and, honestly, to make an appointment only if we felt this
was the right place for us. We arrived to find an impressive exterior with a paw
print logo that you couldn’t miss. The interior space was quite impressive as well..
very clean and fresh, and nicely decorated.
The receptionist greeted us immediately and, as I was explaining the reason for our
visit, a friendly coworker (we later learned his name is John) joined the
conversation. They appeared to be as excited as we were to have a new puppy and
answered every question we had. Needless to say, our first appointment was
The day of Kenzie’s first visit, we arrived, immediately greeted and placed in an
exam room. John, the tech, commented that he had been looking forward to
meeting Kenzie all day. He was extremely thorough in his presentation of the
company’s welcome packet, as he entered Kenzie in their system as she napped
underneath the desk.
Once our conversation ended, John departed and came back a few minutes later
with Doctor Stacey Wallach, who immediately sits on the floor and begins talking
and playing with Kenzie as she introduces herself. Not only was she the most
thorough vet we have been to, but the most personable. We learned a lot during
our initial visit.
It was an incredibly positive experience for Kenzie (and us) and we cannot wait to
introduce Chloe, our Bengal, and Sapphire, our Weimaraner, to Town and Country
Dr. Wallach is best characterized by three “c’s” caring, competent, and commanding of veterinary medicine. When our Labradoodle had a mysterious, but obvious ailment Dr. Wallach and her team went out of the “box” to treat our dog. Town and Country Veterinary Hospital has a warm, well maintained, and welcoming environment for your pet and you.
Dr. Wallach and her staff at TCVH have been wonderful to work with. Our dog actually loves going to the vet now, and thanks to you, we have a healthy, loving companion.
My family and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Wallach and her kind and caring staff. On our first visit to Town and Country Veterinary Hospital with our aging Brussels Griffon, Bubba, Dr. Wallach diagnosed him with what was essentially terminal cancer. The next day, after we spent an awful night of decision-making, she graciously fit us into her busy schedule, in between scheduled surgeries, to humanely end his suffering. For someone who had met us only 24 hours prior, this act of kindness and compassion was astounding. Letting go of Bubba was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but Stacey and her tech, Jason made it bearable.
And now, a few months later, Dr. Wallach is now our veterinarian for our new addition to the family, Dylan, a doberman pinscher. On our first visit with him, Dr. Wallach got down on the floor (in all her pregnant glory!) and loved on him before ever doing anything medical. He now looks forward to going into her office, and has never had a bad or scary experience. I can’t say enough good things about Stacey and her amazing staff, about her immaculate office, and about how happy and comfortable my family, and most importantly, my pet, is with the whole experience. We look forward to many long years of visiting Town and Country Veterinary Hospital with Dylan, and I am confident that if anything scary arises, he will be safe and happy in their care.
We feel honored to have been asked to write a testimonial for Town and Country Veteranian Hospital. From just walking in the door, we sensed that we had just entered a very wonderful and unique environment for our pets. It is quite an impressive facility-brand new and state the art! The staff is welcoming and friendly as they get to know their newest client.
The best is in meeting Dr. Wallach! She got right to interacting with her new patient–with a warmth and playfulness–that somhow told our dog “trust me-I am your friend!” Dr. Wallach truly listened to us and addressed all our concerns. I can’t explain why or how, but there was an immediate sense of trust–which was put to the test immediately. Our dog had emergency surgery the next morning. Thank you Dr. Stacey! You gave our dog her “happy” life back!
Dr. Wallach and her staff at Town & Country Vet Hospital are the best when dealing with my 3 dogs. I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Wallach for over 5 years and have absolutely no complaints. She has a great understanding of each of my dog’s personalities and their high maintenance requirements. Dr. Wallach and her staff give consistent exceptional care and I would recommend their services to all.
I was very impressed with Dr. Wallach and the staff at TCVH. Dr. Wallach is compassionate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She spends whatever time is required to make sure all of my questions are answered. I know that my dog is in excellent hands when she is with Dr. Wallach.
Our dogs mean the world to us and I am completely at ease with Dr. Wallach overseeing their veterinary care. I don’t think we ever realized what great medical attention was until our first visit to TCVH…what a difference! Thank you to Dr. Wallach and TCVH staff for taking such excellent care of Madison and Brody!
